Hot Runner System

This system structure mechanically open and close the Gate, using the Valve Pin.
As the Gate gets larger, the string and drooling phenomenon is not occurred, and the Gate mark is clean.
As it is possible to control the Gate individually, the function of molding gets improved.
The Nozzle durability is strong as it is manufactured by one body. As its degree of flatness, balance and concentricity is exactly kept, it is effective to prevent leakage of resin.

As, the contacting efficiency of Coil heater is very excellent, temperature balance of inside of Nozzle channel is regularly kept, as heating section of Nozzle is inconstantly kept under production.

Edgeless manufacture of Manifold runner for good flow of plastic resin. Excellent heat distribution of Manifold. The concentricity of Valve pin is kept even there will be heat expansion of Manifold.
As the Piston has structure to strongly endure against the wear and structure of no air leakage, Valve pin operation is excellent.
